I’ve seen better – but worse too

Fantastic food variety and attentive staff made dining a pleasure. Room comfort was superb, and the spa treatments were a real treat.

Wi-Fi was frustratingly inconsistent, and extra charges for amenities added unexpected costs. Evening entertainment options were somewhat lacking.

The Riu Garoe offers exceptional facilities for business travelers. The conference room was well-equipped, making my meetings efficient. The restaurant had a variety of choices for breakfast, including freshly made pastries and high-quality coffee. The staff were always ready...

Consider using the shuttle service for easier access to the town, especially since walking back can be tiring on the hill.

Incredible Family Experience

We just wrapped up a fantastic 5-night stay! The food was delish, especially at dinner, and the staff were super friendly, making us feel totally at home. Our baby loved splashing around in the kids' pool. Only wish the evening entertainment had a bit more variety. Overall, definitely a place to return to!

I loved exploring the beautiful Jardin Aquatico just minutes away, and the quick stroll to Playa de Martianez provided stunning ocean views that were a highlight of my stay. while the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit, I wish the breakfast options offered a bit more variety.

It was just a fine choice for a stopover in Puerto de la Cruz with value for price. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable. Make sure to check out the Happy Hour for great drink deals.

The exceptional food offerings included grilled cheese, and the attentive service made for a memorable experience. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with visible dust and bug issues that disrupted our rest. Additionally, the location was quite inconvenient, making trips to the town a challenging uphill trek. It was unfortunate that such lovely facilities were overshadowed by these shortcomings.
